CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Craniosacral therapy uses a subtle, whole body approach to resolving pain and dysfunction. CST utilizes the body's natural rhythms and cues to help restore optimal movement and function. Sessions are performed on a massage table, with clothes on.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

Myofascial release therapy is a hands-on technique used to manage myofascial pain. “Myo” means muscle. “Fascial” refers to the connective tissue that covers and supports the muscles throughout your entire body. During myofascial release therapy, your therapist doesn't focus specifically on your muscles.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.

PERINATAL MASSAGE

Prenatal and postpartum massage are wonderful ways to nurture both mother and child during the changes that take place with pregnancy, preparing for birth, as well as promoting health and vitality after delivery and in the first years of life. Every mother deserves massage!
